Hosting G Mail Signature Logo
Gmail Signature can comprise some text (name, website, or Contact information) or company logo that can be automatically inserted at the bottom of every message sent by you. Keeping signature as a text is simple, but sending logo as a signature needs hosting of it.
In order to host your image use any online hosting services. Alternatively, you can use Google Drive account to host images and use it as Signature in Gmail.
Step 1: Create a Folder named Signature from your Google Drive account
Step 2: Now select Signature folder and click on share button
Step 3: Make the folder Public and offer Access to anyone who can view
Step 4: Open the Signature folder and upload the Logo
Step 5: Click Compose and click Google Drive icon at the bottom
Step 6: In Google Drive window, open the Signature folder
Step 7: Right Click on your Logo and select copy image URL or Copy image location. Paste this link in a note pad and save it
Step 8: Now shut the compose and Google Drive windows
Step 9: Click Gear icon and select settings
Step 10: Scroll down where you see Signature and select “appended at the end of all outgoing message”
Step 11: Click on insert image and paste the Logo URL
Step 12: If the URL is correct see the preview of Logo
Step 13: Next click OK scroll down and click Save Changes
Step 14: Next time as you compose a new message the Logo will be at the bottom of the Email as Signature.

Enable shortcut features
Enable all shortcut features in Gmail. To do so go to Settings> General>Keyboard Shortcuts and select Keyboard shortcuts on
Searching for Attachment and Mails Based on Size and Date
To find messages with more than 1MB attachment all you have to do is—just type size 1M in Gmail search bar and click the search icon. To find an 1-year-old email then type older_than:1y in the search. Similarly, a 15-days old Email can be traced by typing older_than:15d in the search
Archive, Delete or Move Tab
There are a few tricks to delete, archive and move tabs.
With the inbuilt virtual keyboard, you can a click on the keyboard icon at the top right corner to allow typing using the mouse. Parallel applying press Ctrl + Shift + K will also bring up the keyboard.
Adding or Removing Tabs
To remove any of the three Tabs– Primary, Social and Promotion click on Gear icon> Select Configure Inbox> uncheck Tab to remove and Click the Save.
The same steps can come handy to add Tabs, Updates and Forums.
Attaching Executable File
Most email service providers including Gmail do not permit attaching .exe(Executable) files for reasons of security. But a way out is to send .exe files in Gmail. Just rename the extension of your executable file (For example: change Video editor.exe to mere Video editor)
Now compose the new message and attach Video editor. After sending an alert the recipient to download it and change the name into video editor.exe.
