How much time does it take/per week to administer a Group on LinkedIN?

The amount of time one spends in administering a group on LinkedIn depends on the group and your objectives. If you want your group to have daily activity, it will take one hour each day let's say. Could be more if the number of members in your group is really high and you need to monitor a large number of conversations.
But most groups don't have a daily activity, so it should not take more than few hours a week i would say. Keep in mind that using social networking sites such as LinkedIn should be part of of your social media marketing strategy.
